Service

Shipping & Delivery term

1. We will ship all your order within 3-5 working days after receiving your payment. Otherwise, we will state it in the invoice in advance.

2. The buyer is responsible for all the shipping fee incurred. We ship worldwide and can ship via your shipping account (DHL/ FEDEX/ UPS/ TNT or others) as your instruction. Or Ship via our shipping account (We have good relationship with DHL and FEDEX with very special freight).

3. Address Details
We only ship to the confirmed address provided. Before you pay, please make sure your address in order to match the address you would like us to ship to.

4. For international orders, all additional local taxes, duties, GST, tariffs and fees should be customers' (your) responsibilities. Resulting from the complexity of international shipping, we can't be able to provide any estimate and quote of these amounts, so please contact your local customs station with any problems or questions.

5. Customs problem.
Our quotations are FOB prices; we do not responsible for destination countries customs clearance. If customer's parts were detained or seized by customer's local customs, we can provide some documents for customers, but we do not responsible for customs clearance, we do not pay customs fee, it's all customer's duty to clear the parts from customer's local customs. We will not ship again if parts were detained or seized in customer's local customs, there no refund of the payment.

6. No doubt we do our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the Courier Company and local customs. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

7. Regarding the declared value on the package for customs clearance, we are pleased to follow your wishes, just feel free to inform us when ordering.


Payment terms

For our new client the payment term is payment in advance. Net terms for regular customers are not a problem. Working with us is totally safe for you.
At this moment we accept the following payment methods:
1) Bank Transfer (T/T, Wire Transfer)
This payment method normally takes several hours to deal with your payment and will cause some transaction fees. We must wait to receive your payment. Customers are responsible for all bank handling fees.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all local handling fees and Intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm the total payment amount with their local bank.
2) Western Union
- Fast, easy, better for small amount.
- Any time of day or night, any day of the week, almost anywhere in the world.

Parts Warranty

Refund & Replacement

Although RANTLE strive to ensure only quality products are shipped to our valued customers, sometimes problems can occur with our parts.
1). You will receive a 30 days form, fit, and function of part warranty to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. If the item are not of perfected quality, that is they don't work electronically to manufacturers specifications, simply return them to us for replacement or refund within 30days.
If we did not receive any written notice of rejection within our warranty time, we will take it for granted that the buyer have accepted the products.
2). The buyers are responsible to inspect the parts immediately after receiving the shipment. Please make sure to conduct a test on the parts before mounting on board. Seller will not take any responsibility for any parts which have been mounted in printed circuits board and then pulled out.
3). Any items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or replacement. We will reject the return shipment on conditions that: 1. parts are used; 2. parts with leads cut; 3. parts are in different date or week code as we shipped.
4). If the parts are claimed to be defective, a formal test report or a detailed description of the nature of defect is required. The buyer shall not return the products without an emailed or faxed “Return Material Authorization (RMA)” number from us.
